Who can use netCash?
netCash is open only to approved members of the INSCX Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO). End User members using the netCash rail to settle small order volumes register free of charge — the exchange subscription applies only to viewing, placing and settling trade of the live INSCX TORS-IGS bulk trade platform. Either way, an active SRO membership is required before your netCash account can be activated.
